The office is on the 1st floor of the building which is accessible by staircase. To access the office, one has to buzz at the front door and identify themselves before the door is unlocked remotely. The conference room on the ground floor is where we utilise meetings and interviews for the disabled since the building has not lift. There is a suitable number of desks available for staff to use and they have access to computers, photocopiers, shredder, printers, internet and other office supplies. There is also secure filling cabinets to store confidential information. Service users and staff files are kept at minimal of 3 locked doors safety.  Fire Exits and signage are clear and readable which can be seen along the hallway of the building.
